The theme this year was "Bordeaux 2003". This vintage was much hyped at the time but has become more controversial as time has passed. Members had the opportunity to make up their own minds as there was 20 wines to taste comprising 16 Left Bank reds and 4 Sauternes as follows:

Dipsos -Dipso Day 2009
The D-Day tasting took place at 6pm on Saturday 6 June at Ely Chq (downstairs tasting room), The AGM started at 6pm sharp with some items discussed after the tasting and many members stayed on after the tasting to eat at the fabulous renovated underground cellars at Ely Chq, Custom House Quay, Dublin 1 (http://www.elywinebar.ie/)
Our theme this year was "White Burgundy" begining with an in-depth look at the wines of the domaine considered by many authorities to be the finest in Chablis i.e. Domaine Raveneau. The tasting will include the following wines:
